Initiator

A serial Entrepreneur takes Initiative, he arranges each and everything and gets the thing started.

A businessman also takes initiative but he may get thing done initially and on his own as well. His intention to have a hold on the business he is starting, and turn it into an organization.

Key Parson

A serial entrepreneur plays the most Important role in the business he establishes till the responsibility is handed over to someone else. And then he moves on with new ideas and projects.

Any businessman plays the most important and vital role in the organization, for the establishment which he is working and dedicated his time. He is concerned with the exploiting the commercial benefits from the goodwill earned over a period of time.

Which Registrations your Startup need

Are you planning for your Startup, here are the key registration requirement for your Startup:

1. Business Registration

It's always a wise decision to incorporate your Startup, Incorporation means, the legal birth of your Startup according to the due procedure prescribed by the Law.
You may get your Startup Incorporated as OPC, Private Limited Company or LLP as per your need and business model.

You may also opt for Proprietorship or Partnership, but these can not be Incorporated, but these can be registered under MSME, GST , Labour Laws or Shop and Establishment Act. These structure are easy to operate but the liability of owner is unlimited as these mode do not differentiate among Owner and Business.
I always advice to my Clients, to get their business incorporated rather operating it into an unincorporated mode. As benefits are higher than unincorporated modes.

2.  Income Tax Registration

Mandatory requirement, can't be missed or ignored. Return of Income or loss can be filed with the income tax by a taxpayer only after getting it registered on Income Tax site.
A lot of services can only be accessed after registration, these services can be intimation, Refund request, filing of income tax return, TDS report, speedy processing of returns etc.

3. Registration under Shop and Establishment Act

Every business required to be registered under Shop and Establishment Act. State law may differ care shroud be taken as per the particular law of respective state. It can also help you opening a current account.

4. Registration under Start Up scheme of Government

Startup India Scheme was launched in 2016 for promoting entrepreneurship and Startup with an underlying objective to generate employment. It offers a lot of benefits to a Startup.

5. GST registration

If your business turnover exceeds Rs. 20 lakh is required to get its business entity registered under GST.

While taking initiative to start your business or profession, you must take care of these basic principles to take your business/ profession high.


1. Make technology  your best  friend

Make technology your best friend, you must learn the basics of technological tools.

Research the tools helpful for your business/ profession. If you are a Legal consultant, you must have online subscription of law journals, bare Acts of relevant enactments. By stating Online I mean to make your search handy to make you access your data/knowledge/resource base on the go.

If you are in product selling / marketing you must take care of the technology involved in the field.

Make digital catalouge of your products, associate necessary links to that catalouge of necessary certification, approvals, permits etc. required to establish your brand unique in the market.

You can automate some portion of your business process, can use CRM, inventory management software and so on.

2. Innovation will take you high

Innovation is the second ingredient necessary for success of any Startup. Innovation gives you a competitive advantage which your rivals / competitors don't possess, or it will take a long long time to develop such competitive advantage for your competitors.
Innovation caters the need of the segment/sector your startup is dealing in. You must develop a separate desk R&D lab, where you can sit in your most productive hours, where you are free from distractions, think on the business model you have taken up for your startup, analyse the need of that particular segment, analyse the delivery your business model delivers and come up with the most suitable strategy and model as per the need of the segment.

3. Business acumen is must

Business acumen ensures the exact delivery to your clients/customers need. No business or profession can survive without business/profession acumen. Business acumen is something which 

is the soul of your business/profession, this is the accumulated knowledge and skill to do a particular thing efficiently and effectively in the manner that the user/customer have a better and unique experience.

The most awaited journey begins, and I see Thomas, for the very first time! Here's the story from my perspective. ❤

As we reached our destination1, kainchi dham, I could sense the amazing experiences waiting ahead. The stillness that I felt at Ashram of Neem Karoli Baba, was something that I never experienced before, memories may not be captured in cameras but the tranquility of the place will remain in heart forever, Destination2 was although miles ahead, but having fantastic company is always a blessing, be it singing at the loudest pitch of voice or clicking candid in traveller, the long hour journey was already made worth spending time.

As we reached our hotel, I couldn’t believe my eyes the panorama that I had in front me, so striking that one can’t stop starring at it. With energy level so high that even bathing with chilled water didn’t bother. Neither did it at our Destination2, Jageshwar Temple. It was no less than a privilege to be able to witness number of temples which were made back in 7th century.

The joint trees and water flowing behind, everything about the place was enchanting. They can make anyone wonder about the existence of invisible powers.

The Destination 3 was not just a temple, as a famous quote of the movie "TFIOS" states _"This world, apparently, is not a wish granting factory"_; this place breaks that myth. Applications are written to God. And once they are fulfilled the applicant ties a Bell as Gratitude. *Well, we are large in number so were the applications, restoring faith, even larger was the number of bells.* 💛✨

What we had waiting next to add up to our day was the most awaited YOUNG LEADERS SUMMIT. With our heart beats swift it began, be it Tulika's words setting up examples to be more of a generous or Rashmi's incredible use of punctuation, Bhavya Ma'am adding cherry on the cake with her words or Sir introducing us to dimension we can see life through.💙Without a doubt, it ended up giving a lot of things to think about and start living in a new way, discovering the real 'Purpose of life'. The tiring day concluded with a Bonfire in light rain showers! When you imagine the most beautiful things that can happen in your life, include this one too!

Now to witness the serenity of Buddhist Monk, I was already late. Perhaps, I and Viffi had alot to talk; Excitement.

I woke up to loud drum beats,🥁 party vibes, clock tickling 7, I walked up to room and there I saw everyone downstairs dancing in a wedding, one of the most fun thing! ✨ I regret missing this. :(
Was it not enough, the next thing waiting ahead was even more incredible! Climbing up to temple 500mt above our location I couldn’t feel my legs, but on reaching the top, the view in front of my eyes was worth everything.

As we went downwards to a cliff famous as the place for mediation of Swami Vivekananda. I realized that he was not just a man with epic knowledge, attained self-peace but also, he was so daring! 🙏🏻
Sat there barely for 10 minutes and i could already imagine scenarios what if this is the full stop to my existence.

Next came another place shedding immense peace and pious vibes.🧘🏻‍♀ The thing that was more interesting was, walking back and watching all fitness freaks! All in group are extremely talented and our leader remaining undoubtedly the most talented one. From playing bongos, to singing, writing songs, and here, being excellent in fitness, Sir evidenced why he is an incredible leader! 🙌🏻
Further was time to leave the place but who we met before bidding adieu to our hotel was Inayat... this little bundle was the cutest thing we came across in our trip!❤ Ranikhet being our next destination, after walking long in Botanical Garden🦌, was a place of extreme beauty. The golf course, tall trees, struck car, and greenery all around.🌳

The place where we reached next, words are not enough for that place.
Brought feel of those *who gave up on their sleep so that we can sleep peacefully in our rooms.* Army Museum, UK. From Armors of World War to Guns of Kargil, from Rani Lamiae’s throne to defeated country's flag hanging upside down. How can one not get goose bumps looking at a Senninbari which actually had blood marks on it? 😶

Moving further our next destination was Nanital.

The beauty of the place was enhanced by the chilly winds and rain showers! And was this not enough to give you feel of already having an incredible journey, the hotel did it. Heritage hotel of Nanital! 🌸
Although there were many things worth remembering about that antique place, Lion's head perhaps was most interest arousing after in-room bonfire, and above it all, at first even I bewildered it as a real one, but damn science! 🦁

What I added to my list next was I damn should learn to play at least one instrument in my life. I can’t even play happy birthday on a piano. Though, that ancient piano had its beauty stationed. The hour we spent next recording mini- sessions uncovered various talents everyone had. 🎤🎼💙
In rain, we went ahead bidding adieu to this Royal palace, next in our list was Naina devi temple; one can’t miss this while being in Nanital, the lake view from the temple was exquisite. 🌊 And behind the temple was Tibet Market. Though I wanted to shop a lot, but what? Remained a question. 🤷🏻‍♀
If you have poor bargaining skills, like me, you're probably end up shopping nothing at all. Momos in the lane, in rain, quite popular, were delight. And what more delightful was watching those kids playing football in hard rain and in high spirits. Such love for football! ⚽<3❤

We next took a pause near a picturesque - Waterfall. ⛰ Nature is extremely beautiful, and this was one of the reasons why. You can just stare at falling water and still not get bored. Though, we didn’t. Another major memory of the place is the mini heart attack I got, thanks to Strong boy, Shashank. 💪🏻You almost killed me while saving, No doubt on you being Strong. Your gym trainer would be so happy!
If i think of strong guy, i remember is taste in music and what comes next is Music, Vartika playing music. 🎼 Rock music. One song for half an hour and still one can’t get bored of this! She has got DJ skills too, is what i realized as we moved from Nanital to Kathgodam for our train. The coolest girl in the group!💙
Before I catch my train and put a final full stop to my words, here are a few more random things about people that contributed to make my trip so exultant,

Beginning from Rashmi, she is beautiful and so is her photography, every single picture she took, is so incredible, ✨and while talking about photography how can we not talk about our Stone guy, who captured beauty of the place in such a way that those who didn’t tag along will regret.🗿 Also, the trip brought photography skills in many specially the Youngest one of the group.📷 Stone Guy, though looks rude, but he is actually extremely nice!

Meanwhile, I got an amazing friend or more a Business Partner, what I learned from him is how to be responsible, except when it comes to your phone, but rest all the time.👻 The only reason I was able to climb those heights or while going back to hotel at Mall Road was him. And we are changing business, right?

The next who am I going to talk about is Chandler of our group, “face funny nai hai, but baate haii!” Shanatanu's timings are so accurate that he gives clear competition to most of stand-up comedians!🤓 And if the discussion is about Shantanu, how can i not talk about sweetest member of the group, Tulika. 💙The one thing that i loved the most about her is she can sing any song, anywhere, any time, I never get tired of listening to her.🎤

Bhavya Ma'am, beauty with brain, you are more like a friend to me.💞💞 My cutest friend! The little things you do are so adorable. 

And All that I'm writing so happily, credit goes to someone who is not just an amazing mentor but also an expert in every field, i could only watch him managing all 12 different people in a great way that we became a family from strangers in just 3 days! The Leadership skills that possess are rare of kind. Sir, we are so lucky to have a gem like you as our mentor. 🙇🏻‍♀🙏🏻

I was told quite back, I’m lucky when it comes to having people, Now I realize why! ❤
Thanks to each and every one. Had the best time of my life.

How to Overcome Fear & Failure

                                                  Overcoming the fear & failure

The stadium was jam-packed, he was standing on the start point with his approx 4.5 meters long pole vault pole, heart beat was racing like anything. The Time came; the pole he was holding was getting disappeared in his mind almost in comparison with the record of Sergei Bubka, 6.15 meters but his willpower and determination were certainly on their peak.

He started that great run, put one side of the pole on the ground, attempted  the jump , everybody sitting in the stadium glued their eyes on him.

He lifted his body up in the Air, the moment he crossed the pole he was sure that he has done it, he just broken the world record remained indestructible since 21 years made by Sergei Bubka..

This was not the first attempt that got success BUT!!! You just think that how many attempted failed during those 21 years by how many champions until  it was broken by Renaud Lavillenie, who perched it at 6.16 meters.

Failure does happen, and sometimes it’s inevitable but we must accept this reality that Failure does happen. And move ahead without being getting bothered from it.

I am suggesting 3 ways to overcome the fear & failure- 

1. Fear is normal: The fear of failure is normal; it gives us spark to perform at our level best and help us to keep our eye on track. Accept your fear just as a good omen and in spite of putting all your effort you do not get success, give yourself one more time. Find your flaw work on it; remove it and move ahead on the path of success.

2. Look at your previous success: How you did that, it can inspire you enough to mitigate the pain of recent failure you have faced or facing. Turn every criticism in an inspirational statement for yourself  let the chunk work, keep success in your mind, be inspired with the positive memories of your past success and let your mind believe YES!!! I can do it again.

3. Give it one more try: failed? why don’t you try again, there is no harm giving yourself a chance again until you get success… put your efforts again and again till success come to your feet.

Stephan Hawking- Extraordinary Soul, thank you for inspiring us and the Universe………

Galileo Galilei died on 8^th January 1642 and Stephen was born on 8^th January 1942 the same date when Galileo died and Stephen born but 300 years later.

Stephen is no more now but he will live forever, till the universe lasts, till the stars shine…

He was an extraordinary person, a universal explorer, he was one of my favourite scientists and physicist, and I am fond of reading his books, articles and concepts. The way he explained the secrets of universe was amazing. He was the person who said yes alien may exist and on the other hand he said we do not need any god to make this universe; he said “What I have done is to show that it is possible for the way the universe began to be determined by the laws of science. In that case, it would not be necessary to appeal to God to decide how the universe began. This doesn't prove that there is no God, only that God is not necessary.”

He was born in oxford, England on 8^th January 1942 and died on 14^th March 2018.

He majorly contributed explaining the theory of “BIG BANG” and unveiled the secrets of black hole.

He said there was nothing before Big Bang, the universe was created after big bang, the time and space took birth after Big Bang.

But Sir Aijek Newton and Einstein were of the opinion that there must be a god otherwise this complex formation of our Universe was not possible.

This genius was not so genius in his childhood, here in must quote Einstein I have no talents but I am passionately curious.

Hawking scored badly in class when he was 9 years old and he had to work hard to make it average.  This is the same boy whom his friend and teachers used to call Einstein.

He could not let his disease to ruin his life, he got paralyzed at the age of 22 due to the motor neuron disease but his strong will power and determination make him a genius and he unveiled the secrets of black hole, radiation, gravity and its effect.

He wrote few legendary books out of which a book titled “A Brief History of Time” was the fantastic one, more than one billion copies of which has been sold yet and translated in 40 Languages.

This book was remained for 237 weeks in bestseller list of “Sunday Times” and was recorded in Guinness books of world record.
