That is how I started and Quit Smoking!! Candid acceptance - Anupam

Inception of this habit goes to the day when I wrapped dried Croton leaves in a piece of paper and went to roof of my home to taste it. One of my friends told me that it will taste great and you will feel good, I acted on the words of him and smoked my first homemade cigarette. Then I didn’t smoke again until the mid nineties.
I was in my graduation and was into a habit of wandering here and there in my city, as it was once an Estate so a lot of things one can explore there. I made some new friends and was invited to attend a marriage function in a village very far from the city and there was a dense forest on the way to the place. Just before the day of function I left with my friend on a Scooter he was riding. After attending the ceremony we decided to leave the place to our home. It was very beginning of January 95 or 96 can’t remember exactly. We decided to leave in the morning and left the place by 6 AM. Very soon we started feeling cold when we were reaching to the Forest. Then I started riding the scooter and soon I also realized that we haven’t made a good decision we both were shivering badly. The moment my friend noticed a cigarette shop half opened. We went there and bought few cigarettes. We sat there on a wall of a miner and started to smoke, both smoked all the cigarettes leaving two in the packet.
This gave us the enough warmth and we moved on to our home. We didn’t feel that much cold as we felt before smoking the cigarettes. Though I am not sure that was it due to cigarette or our mind had believed that we are not feeling cold, I can’t say exactly. And within an hour we reached our respective homes.
From that moment I started smoking in real sense. I started from one and increased up to 12 in a day by then I had come to Lucknow and joined a marketing Company. The Number had been increasing month by months and in 2003-2004 I was smoking 30+ cigarettes per day.
I tried to quit smoking twice in between but one resolution lasted for a month and the other was for Six months, and I was again on the other side of the smoking Shit.
But 31st December 2004 was the day when I finally quit smoking.
In the beginning of that day it was not in my mind to quit smoke and I enjoyed the day and was having dinner at the Cozy Corner in the late evening, after dinner I lit my Cigarette and went to a nearby shed to smoke when It was just half smoked I put that at the rising corner of that shed and said to that cigarette “I am going forward in time, (as it was only few minutes away from the arrival of a new year), and you can never find me as I am leaving you in this time” and I had moved on. And from that day I didn’t smoke until the pulling of an emotional trigger in 2007, but I smoked only two cigarettes that day. So after quitting the habit of smoking in 2004 to present, I just smoked two cigarettes on the very same day in 2007. It urged a lot of times but I never gave it a chance to be in my life again. And that is how I Quit smoking. Did You?

I really enjoyed Shivaay movie

Very beautiful movie, I really enjoyed it with my family. After watching ADHM and few other movies stuffed with nonsense, it was quite nice to watch a movie which had beautiful story, alluring locations, fantastic cinematography, tuching songs, perfectly performed emotional scenes and more particularly the movie perfectly depicts the issue of child abduction and child trafficking. The movie begins with the song “Bolo har har har” which has taken few lines of “Shiv Panchakshar strotam” along with the magnificent scenes of Himalayas in the background captivates the audiences. Ajay is at his best again. In spite of the length of movie I didn’t feel bore as the twists in the story made it more interesting.
Basically it’s an emotional action story and is a perfect blend of the emotional relationship between a father and daughter and the eye catching action. The child actress Abigail Eames is adorable and looked very effective in the role of Gaura, she looked very expressive and perfectly portrayed  the character of an speech-impaired person through her expressions, and gestures.
Few scenes specially attracted my attraction and i am impressed that the team Shivaay had worked a lot on this department, the chase on the roads of Bulgaria, and few scenes related to the child artist, when Ajay releases abducted children from Van in the Romanian border the expression by the child artist was enough to reveal the talent of the child artist, the way she looked shocked and she even didn’t recognized the Ajay, his father for few seconds itself reveals the pain and mental torture suffered by the abducted children.   And when Ajay was down by the Sargent Nicolai and the other person and Ajay ask his daughter to leave the place and run she way she reacts was awesome.
The best art of the movie is that the emotions have been well expressed without words the this treatment make this movie very special. “Ratein” and “Darkhwast” are very beautiful and with an emotional impact. Perfect story and screenplay, a must watch emotional action thriller.

Compelled to write review of e dil hai mushkil

Ridiculous movie, full of nonsense stuff and idiotic dialogues  and “Chhichhorapan” there is nothing wrong in saying that this is a story of few “Chhichhoras” and very well depicts the height of “CHHICHHORAPANTI”.
It has no head and tail as well, for the first few minutes I thought that what was going on but as minutes passed the story and focus got worsen. I am unable to understand for which audience this film was made and Karan had litter freely on the audience who just wanted to celebrate their Diwali and ended up with their Diwalas, it was a rotten garbage and he should have kept this garbage restricted with the audience for which it was made and with the warning at the very beginning of the movie. Actually what I feel it’s rotten garbage made for a particular type of dustbins so there must have been a classification before starting of the movie or the posters of the movie.
It was a complete torture; I wonder that it was all occupied the “Karan's”. There is no difference in Kim jong and Karan as he is in a position to spill his litter to the wide section of audiences because he has a rotten brain inside and resources outside.
It was a story about Never School Going MBA, Jobless Shayara and a penniless, confused, hippocratic Preaching girl.
They travel in a Private jet but do not have enough money to afford separate rooms at the Hotel. Hovering on a roof of a building which I don’t think abandoned at all to use as a meeting or sitting point. I think you need to be one of them to understand the story better and enjoy if you could. And smile if you could on the waste comedy effort. All actors acted very well as if they were overpaid in any kind which we might not understand. Some through lifetime achievement roles some acted in a way in this movie as they took this as a platform/ opportunity to take some kind of revenge with their counterpart. And few looked as they have used an actress in a way as they had some personal rivalry with her.
This movie was made for only few people to set and achieve their personal goal and nothing more than that. Must waste you time to watch this movies to you will get enough scared with the Name of the maker to go for his next movie. Ranbir is losing his path surely in spite of his beautiful acting. As he is choosing a type of movies which had to take the means of controversy to attract the audience.

Ordinary to Extraordinary

The world is composed of people. The people who are full of emotions, desires, beliefs, knowledge, courage; they are ordinary, simple, happy, calm, rich, poor, selfish, selfless, arrogant, modest, sophisticated, visionary and Extraordinary.
Yesterday I have finished the reading of life stories of few extraordinary persons which I had started r few months back and I was amazed that how they turned their lives from default to planned and how ordinary persons became extraordinary, how they succeed in their lives.
What I found that there were a lot of similarities among the heroes of all the stories, they had a lot of common but mostly uncommon habits and virtues. I would love to share the findings:

Know yourself

The first thing I found that It on the way to extraordinary it doesn’t matter of which genre you are, what matters is -do you know yourself much better that anyone else knows you? If the answer is yes you are on the way to the Extraordinary which I am talking about.
All of them were very much aware of themselves, at some point of time in their lives they all realized the purpose of their lives and acted accordingly. To know oneself is the most difficult yet attainable task, when you come to know yourself you do not remain an ordinary person but you turned into an extraordinary person, who knows exactly where he stands and what he needs to move towards the Extraordinary. Actually you are responsible to meet yourself with true yourself.
Develop yourself
They all remained very consistent in developing themselves throughout their lives, they realized their weakness and strengths and started overcoming from their weaknesses by choosing the right path of value addition. They equipped themselves with the most desired skills required to move towards Extraordinary.

Be clear

They all were very clear about what they were doing. Most of the time, they had strong reasons for the tasks they were to accomplish. They had clarity in minds regarding the objectives.

Observe

Sometimes battle win by observation only and hit the target at the most appropriate time. I found that all the heroes of the stories were great observers. They were very cautious regarding their activities, they keenly observed before they acted, they were ready to learn from their mistakes and utilized the smallest drops of their time doing constructive activity. They were aware of the fact that “ Be active but keep it in mind that every activity is not productivity”.

Help others

Helping others is the most rewarding activity, it comes back to you at any point of time in your life.

Give back to society

They had a burning desire to give back to society and they always had this thought in mind. Now on the path of ordinary to extraordinary, it’s your turn, so be ready to give back to society and find your own ways.

Never quit

They all did the genius act of “Not Quitting” whenever they had a strong urge to Quit, strong reason to Quit.

Positive Self Imaging- 7 Rituals to win forever

Dear all, this note has been created to explain the concept of Positive Self Imaging in details to make you all aware about the benefits of the same and to give you a guidance on the subject that how apply Positive Self Imaging in your lives.
Positive self imaging is a technique which is used to get rid of from an undesired self image, or a self image which is an impediment on the way of one’s overall development. Suppose you want to become an actor and your are scared of acting, you are not able to stand in front of public and speak, act, you shiver due to the fear of failure or unpleasant situation that may arise when you start acting, these all may be due to the image you have created of your self over a period of time and now it stops you from moving ahead or to achieve whatever is best suited to you.
To get rid of this Image of your self, you will have to visualise a new self image in which you are a successful actor, you must feel the confidence and ease in acting in your new self image. practise it as and when you are free and let your sub-conscious assure of your new image.
With the time your sub-conscious will adopt your new self image and will discard the old one.

Meeting Ms Arunima Sinha

Yesterday we got the privilege to meet the Iron girl of India, Ms. Arunima Sinha, the first female amputee to climb Mount Everest. It was an amazing feeling meeting her, she shared her experiences of life with us and it was an amazing experience listening her journey towards the mountains. I salute her determination, dedication and will Power.
She is a source of inspiration for youth, in fact for all.
I am quite lucky and grateful to Ms Arunima sinha ma’am that she gave us some time from her busy schedule.
I submitted my upcoming Book “7 rituals to win forever’s © Manuscript to ma’am for some input and review. It was a wonderful day of my life meeting, such an extraordinary person with the rock solid determination, and will power like Mount Everest. Feeling Motivated and sharing a Para from my upcoming book:

Chapter “Power of Belief”
“There are many examples when belief gets turned into reality. Let’s have a look at one of them;
Ms. Arunima Sinha
Some robbers pushed a girl out of a moving train; in consequence she lost her one leg. She accepted the challenges thrown by life and decided to climb the Mount Everest, will you believe? The person who underwent such a trauma, laying on a hospital bed, losing her one leg could think about climbing the Mount Everest, I know many of you will say it’s unbelievable, it is impossible but there must be some who will say that it is possible, and she has done it, She believed in her capabilities and started seeing herself on the top of the Mount Everest, she performed the Rituals she acted on her belief and two years later, she became the first woman amputee to climb the Mount Everest.”  ©Anupam Jaiswal

THE WINNING

                                                                       THE WINNING

Do you like winning?
There is no need to say anything; I already know your answer, its “yes”.
Everybody likes winning and I am certainly not an exception to this, In fact I enjoy winning.
Here I would like to know your perspective on “What is winning”?
I am sure many different points of view will emerge in reply. Rather discussing them all, I would like to share the crux of all the replies.
“When you start something with the determination to finish it and you finish it successfully, that is called winning.”
Winnings are in accomplishments, but a successful accomplishment takes two more ingredients:
“Determination” and “Discipline”
Both keep you on the track on your journey towards winning, towards accomplishment. Your efforts must follow your determination and discipline. Be very enthusiastic about your accomplishments and be very brave in your efforts. The winning must be yours.
